- Service Fees: Fees for completed services are non-refundable. Once a service has been rendered, no refunds will be issued.
- Exceptional Circumstances: In the event of a technical issue or error on our part that prevents the completion of a service, we will review the situation and may offer a refund or credit at our discretion.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of services and appointments are subject to the following conditions:
- User-Initiated Cancellations: Users may cancel their appointments with photographers through the platform. However, cancellation policies and potential fees may vary based on the photographer's terms and conditions. Please refer to the individual photographer's policy for specific details.
- Photographer-Initiated Cancellations: Photographers may cancel appointments if necessary. In such cases, users will be notified, and any pre-paid fees for the service will be refunded or credited to the user's account.
- Platform-Initiated Cancellations: Frame IT For Life reserves the right to cancel any service or appointment if we detect fraudulent activity, misuse of the platform, or any violation of our terms and conditions. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
3. Process for Requesting Refunds or Cancellations
To request a refund or cancel a service, please follow these steps:
